BOTTOM LINE: Colorado goes up against USC for the last leg of their current road trip.

Colorado is 1-7 on the road this season currently on a 2-game losing streak.

Colorado will play USC tonight as the last leg of their current 2-game road trip. They lost this past Thursday to a hot UCLA team that secured their 6th win in a row as they pulled away with the victory late in the game. Colorado is 7-7 in Pac-12 play 6 of those losses being on the road. Colorado has been shooting 49.3% from the field and 38.7% from beyond the arch.

Colorado has the talent to win games, but they have faced issues with managing turnovers, averaging 13.2 turnovers per game. This ranks them 285th in the country in that category. All five starters for the Buffs average double figures in points per game. The Buffaloes will need to handle the ball better on offense to limit fastbreak points on the other end.

USC is coming off a win against Utah at home. USC has struggled this season with a 10-15 record despite having freshmen NBA lottery prospect Isaiah Collier. Collier is currently averaging 15.7 points per game on 48.6% shooting. He’s the second leading scorer behind Senior Boogie Ellis who averages 16.1 points per game. The team has been shooting 44.5% from the field and 34.5% from three.

Over their last 10 games, the Trojans have recorded a 2-8 record, with an average of 67.0 points, 34.8 rebounds, 15.8 assists, 6.0 steals, and 6.0 blocks per game, while shooting 42.2% from the field. Their opponents have averaged 74.7 points per game.

Colorado is favored in this matchup but has been 1-7 on the road this season. Colorado is clinging on to MArch Madness consideration and a win today is needed to stay in that position. The game is will be televised on ESPN and can be streamed through the ESPN app.
